Digital Display: The latest digital display screen on the CUT-65DS torch displays parameters like air pressure, voltage, and current. This allows you to monitor the equipment status in real-time, adjust operations promptly, and enhance efficiency. Any machine issues are indicated by an error code system on the screen.

Non-Touch Pilot Arc: The pilot arc IPT40 torch of the CUT-65DS torch offers superior cutting performance. It efficiently cuts through rough, painted, and rusty surfaces. Non-touch pilot arc technology ensures better cutting quality and extends the life of consumables.

Powerful Cut: With the CUT-65DS torch, you get an ideal clean cut of 5/16" (8mm) at 110V and 3/4" (20mm) at 220V. The maximum cut is 1/2" (12mm) at 110V and 1" (25mm) at 220V due to the international leading MCU intelligent digital control technology.

PT/2T/4T Function: The CUT-65DS torch supports post-time and post-flow functions, adjustable from 5 to 20 seconds. This helps in adjusting the cooling time of the welding head, extending the life of consumables. We generally recommend a cooling time of 5 to 8 seconds. The 2T and 4T auto cut options release your fingers, with 2T being semi-automatic and 4T being fully automatic.

Air Filter Regulator: The air filter is mounted at the rear of the CUT-65DS torch, making it easy to connect and saving installation time. This improves overall efficiency.
